Hello all

Let me introduce myself....I'm a 37 year old fireman from Riviera Beach Florida. I like beer....notice I didn't say love beer. It a great beverage...but through some quirk in the laws of nature, I have an allergy to some element in some beers. Who knows what it is...yeast, gluten, hops, I don't really know. But I love the way beers taste and will, through this blog explore many tastes and types. Let me make this clear....I am no expert on beer. I will comment on two or three elements...and as this blog grows I will learn as I go along. The nice thing about a beer lover that is allergic to beer is that I have to say "when" or face the wrath of the allergy gods. So I am strictly into taste, nothing more. And with that on the table, Lets begin our journey into the world of Beerdom.
